MSB – Streaming Workflow Optimization

Challenge
MSB needed a more reliable internal streaming workflow for internal and external communication, including event broadcasts, internal meetings and hybrid formats. Their setup required stability improvements, clearer workflows and better encoder configuration across different environments.

My Role

• Improved the reliability and quality of MSB’s streaming workflow.
• Provided technical consulting and hardware guidance for their AV and communication teams.
• Designed a clearer workflow for routing, signal management and encoder configuration.
• Optimised their setup for consistent audio/video results across multiple environments.
• Offered on-site and remote onboarding to ensure the team could operate independently.

Impact
MSB achieved a more stable workflow with fewer technical interruptions, better AV consistency and clearer processes that their communication team can maintain long-term.
